• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is required at the time of subscribing before services can be accessed.
• We accept major credit cards and payment platforms as displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about your work history, qualifications, and experience.
• Review all generated documents and verify their accuracy before submitting them to employers.
• Not use our services for fraudulent purposes or to misrepresent your qualifications.
• Not share your account credentials or allow others to use your subscription.

• Upon payment of your subscription, you receive full ownership of your completed resume and cover letter documents.
• We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our AI models and services.
• Our website content, templates, AI models, and proprietary methods remain our intellectual property.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
