FIFO Ready is operated by KML Ventures Pty Ltd, ABN 42 674 626 307, trading as FIFO Ready and Wizard Resumes in Perth, Western Australia. These terms govern use of FIFO Ready and purchases made through it. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Free scans and paid services

The public CV scan is free and does not require a payment card or account. It reviews your CV text against common skills and experience for your selected role. These review topics are not mandatory employer requirements. It can miss context and does not verify qualifications, access an employer’s screening system or predict an interview or employment outcome.

The $39 AI rebuild is a one-off purchase covering a resume and matching cover letter for one job advertisement, with Word and PDF downloads. It does not include a human writer. AI output may need editing; review it carefully before use.

Human writing packages are supplied through Wizard Resumes: The Rewrite ($199), Get Found ($259), The Step Up ($349). The selected package and inclusions appear on the packages page and Wizard Resumes checkout. Read the Wizard Resumes terms and refund policy before ordering a human package.

Prices and payment

Prices shown for these packages are in Australian dollars, including GST. Payment is required before paid work or generation begins. These packages are one-off purchases and do not automatically renew. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Any third-party payment or credit terms also apply to the method you select.

Existing subscriptions

If you already hold a recurring plan, its agreed billing frequency, inclusions and renewal price continue to apply. View or cancel it through your account billing page, or contact support. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Buying a one-off package does not create or renew a subscription.

Delivery and your information

For writer packages, the advertised first draft in two days starts after all required information is received. Confirm timing with Wizard Resumes when ordering. Writer packages include unlimited revisions for 30 days under the writer’s terms. AI delivery depends on successful processing; contact support if generation fails.

Provide accurate work history, qualifications and experience, and check every completed document before applying. Do not add qualifications, licences or achievements you do not hold. Keep your account credentials private and use only information you are entitled to submit.

Refunds and guarantees

For the $39 AI rebuild, contact support@fifoready.ai within 14 days of purchase if you cannot use the file to request the advertised money-back offer. You keep the documents. The writer’s interview guarantee does not apply to the AI product.

Human packages have separate 30-day satisfaction and 60-day interview guarantees under the Wizard Resumes refund policy. The interview guarantee requires accurate information, use of the final documents and applications to at least 10 suitable roles within 60 days of delivery, with an application record if requested. If there is no interview invitation within that period, request a free rewrite. If there is still no interview after a further 30 days, the refund pathway applies. These voluntary guarantees are additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. A voluntary guarantee’s time limit does not remove those rights.

Your documents and our website

You may use and edit your purchased resume and cover letter for your applications. Our website, templates, branding and software remain the property of their respective owners. Payment provider marks describe payment services, not an endorsement of FIFO Ready.

Privacy

Read our privacy policy for how personal information is used, including processing by service providers. A purchase or scan does not require you to agree to optional marketing.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new dated version. Changes do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order. Western Australian law applies, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.
