The FIFO Ready Chrome extension (“extension”) reads job listing content (job title, company name, location, salary and description text) from supported job boards (SEEK, Indeed and LinkedIn) when you click the extension button. This data is sent to our servers solely to generate a tailored resume and cover letter for that role.

We collect the following data through the extension:

• Job listing content: Extracted from the page you are viewing, only when you initiate a generation. We do not read page content in the background or on pages you do not interact with.
• Authentication tokens: A Firebase authentication token is stored locally in the browser to keep you signed in. This token is never shared with third parties.

The extension does not collect browsing history, track your activity across websites, or transmit any data unless you explicitly click “Get Resume”. All data processing is subject to the same security and retention policies described in this document.
